Managing Your Account and Staying Secure on DREDOTT

Your account basics

From your account, you can review your bookings, reservations, saved listings, and any requests you've sent — all in one place, in your own language.

Guest ID verification

Some interactions may ask you to verify your identity. This is a one-time step in your account settings and exists to add an extra layer of trust between guests and owners — it does not change how you pay or communicate, which still happens directly on WhatsApp.

Keeping your account secure

• Use a strong, unique password for your DREDOTT account — never reuse a password from another site.
• DREDOTT will never ask you for your password over WhatsApp, phone, or email. If anyone claiming to be from DREDOTT asks for it, do not share it and report it through Contact.
• Since actual booking conversations happen on WhatsApp, apply the same caution there you would with any messaging app: don't share payment details you're not comfortable with, and confirm you're speaking with the listing's real owner if anything feels off.

Switching languages

Your language choice (one of 8 supported languages) is available from the header on every page and applies across the whole site, including your account area — you don't need to reconfigure it per page.
